How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24 hours on receipt of order during standard business hours for delivery to UK residents. Goods delivered direct from the manufacturer are usually dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of order unless otherwise advised. Orders must be received before 12 noon for next day delivery. For remote areas, off-shore and Northern Ireland, please allow 3 – 4 days delivery. Due to weight restrictions additional charges may apply.

A small charge is made on all individual orders and applies to our standard delivery service. Premium carriage rates are charged according to those in force at the current time of ordering.

Large, heavy and fragile items require a little extra time and we give an indication of a likely delivery period by the product. For delivery outside the UK Mainland there is an additional delivery charge, which we can quote on your email acknowledgement. Also in the unlikely event that a product needs to be collected for return outside the UK, a handling charge may apply.

Hazardous products (e.g.: butane canisters) may only be sold on the UK Mainland.
